About DataStars

DataStars is a real estate intelligence and advisory firm based in Miami Beach. We build data products that help lenders and investors see distress before it surfaces, and we advise institutional property owners on portfolio strategy. We are a small, senior team that uses modern tooling aggressively. The work is fast, the standards are high, and the deliverables go to people who make real decisions with them.

The Role

You will be the analytical engine across our two practice areas.

On the intelligence side, you will work with public records at scale: county permit portals, code enforcement systems, court dockets, and association filings across South Florida. You will validate data, maintain building-level research, and draft client-ready reports that lenders use to make credit decisions.

On the advisory side, you will support live client engagements: preparing property-level research, managing document workflows, and performing QA on materials before they reach counterparties.

There is no bench time in this role. The intelligence practice generates continuous daily work, and advisory engagements layer in concentrated sprints. You will always have something real to do.
